Solution given is wrong. Here is a better one:

1...NxN+,
if Kh1, 2...Qxh6 #
If QxN, 2...Qg6 and the only delay to mate on g7 is Qe5 or Qf6, which is taken by 3... Bx at b2, then mate 4...Qxg7#

I am sick of losing points when I find a quicker better solution.

you're only rated 1609, and you think you know better than the rest of the chess world. I'm sick of people assuming the tactics system is chock full of errors. As far as I can tell so far, it is in fact inerrant.
