True, but after the exchanges, Black has a Queen and Knight versus a Knight, Bishop and two Rooks.

breakerofwind is correct, of course, but if you absolutely don't want to give up your queen, the following should also suffice to win the game:

1. ... fxe5
2. Qxd5+ Kh7
3. Qxa8 Bb7
4. Qxa7 Ra8
5. Rxc4 Qf7
6. Qc5 Bxf3
7. Bxf3 Qxf3

This is by no means better than breakerofwind's continuation, just an alternative for those who really love their queens.
