Is the move Rxf2 binding. Why black doesn't move for example f5... I think in this position checkmate is impossible

Unfortunately,checkmate comes quickly after 2-...f5 3-Qe5+,Kg8 4-Qb8+,Kh7 5-Qf8,followed by 6-Nf6; or 3-...Kh7,4-Nf6+,Kh65-Nxe4 threatening both 6- Qh8 mate and 5-...Kh7 6-Ng5+,Kg8 7-Qf6
