Qg4 threatens both the bishop on d4 and the queen on d7 and still gets the check

After 1... Bxd4 2.Qg4+ Bg7 3.Re7 Qxe7 4.Nxe7+ Kh8 5.Nxc8 black loses R&Q, so sacs 2...Qg7 instead.
After 1... Bxd4 2.Qg3+ Kh8 black is safe.
