Kh7 is the only way to avoid a draw ... but it is still better than loosing !!

I think I can see where Kxh7 may lead to a draw, but how does it lose?

it leads to a draw:

2. Qd7+ Kf8
3. Qd8+ Kf7
4. Qd7+ etc

but black wont lose.
