NO
Because after 2. .. Qd2 white escapes with Kf3!! and there is no win! (Rf8, Nf4 and Qxd3 Kf2 Qxg3+ Ke2 and the king now has a "luft" on d3 and is safe, draw!)

Well actually
Play vs Computer is not avaible at work but I would have thought...

1. Ke2 Rxf2+
2. Kxf2 Qd2+
3. Kf3 Rf8+
4. Kg4 Qf4+
5. Kh3 Qxg3#
