mate in 3??
The puzzle suggests mate in 4 using the bishop. But whether the king moves to f1 or g1 after ...Qxd2, ...f2 followed by promotion to a rook at e1 is a faster mate

Nice idea, but please don't forget that white gets to play a move too... and if that move is 3.Qxe6+ white will get counter-play.
1. Qxe5 Qxd2+
2. Kf1 f2
