This excercise is wrong: after Re3 white can simple play Qf1.
After Re3, Qf1 there is not win for black

the computer suggest
1..Rf4 Re3
2..Qf1 Qxh4 for black. which does create a lot of problems for white, not the least of which is simply Rxd3 for a free bishop
