Qg4 allows the cunning defence Qe6 and does not have time for the deadly discovered check.

I think this is what tali313 meant:

2.Qg4+ Ng5
3.Bxg5 Qe6

Now the bishop can't play 4.Bf6+ because 4....Qxg4 and the attack fails.

I was hoping you'd answer , yes i can see what he ment , but, still can't see the difference , why would the Queen only move Qe6, when white moves Qg3+ , couldn't black do it antway?

No, amacivn. The difference is, White now has a discovered check and the game ends on the next move.

2.Qg3+ Ng5
3.Bxg5 Qe6
4.Bf6+

If you move Qg4+ , then Black can move Qe6 , which stops any discovered check ,
