2. Kh1 Bg1 (or elsewhere that does not block the Q) Yields the same result but takes one additional move when the Q blocks the R and is immediately taken for mate. This is no less solved in the real world, but the system grades it wrong. Mate in two is no better than mate in three unless we just happen to get there with only a fraction of a second remaining on the clock (very unlikely).
