Nice puzzle!
After 1.Qh3? Black has about 5 different ways to prevent mate in one. 1.Qh3? ed4 seems to be the best.

After 1.Qe4, Black has a number of moves, but they all get mated, most by Qg6. The trickiest in most lines is 1...dxc4. After 1.Qe4 dc4 2.Qxe5#. After 1.Qe4 de4 2.c5#

When I saw Qe4 dxe4 c5#, I went ahead and did the move without looking at other responses. It was too cool to not be the solution.

Proving once again that the Albin Counter Gambit is bad for Black.
