Strange setups

Unrealistic setups can be instructional sometimes, but I generally find them less fun. This particular one would not change if we removed all white pieces except the following: rooks on a5 and d8, a Q at either b5 or d7 and a second Q on the 7th rank, the b file, or the a8-h1 diagonal supported by any piece. I suggest a N at c5 or e6

No, it's not true. Qa7, Qa6xa7 (and similar to Qb8) result in three moves. It's a reverse puzzle: find a way to not checkmate in 2 darcy1234's record of 7 moves seems to be absolutely unbeatable
