Where'd that come from?
A friend of mine sent me the one I posted with the mate in 3. He never said anything about a 6-mover by some guy named Labai.

maybe your friend has made a mistake somewhere as the diagram shown here is a mate in two and not in three

I did see that...
I noticed that tiank found a mate in 2. Apparently s/he's better at chess problems than the friend who sent me this one. It's not the first time a problem's been cooked and it won't be the last.
