yes xQg5 can happen but it doesn't matter it's still a mate please check the all moves graph before posting this comments

Well said Woutstra. Even if Queen is taken, Nh6 is mate also. Think too many people are too quick to criticise. This is a nice puzzle!

maintaining check
What is obvious from the start is that white must maintain check or otherwise be attacked, so the only question is where to put the knight. I thought this was a good puzzle.

I believe the pawn couldn't move because the White Bishop was covering the square and it would have put the black king in check
