I don't know what a backrank mate is!

I thought it was a Queen sacrifice.

I want you to go back to your original name: Heinzkat.

You sound like a man of war in this King of War thing.

You don't need to change your record here.

I hope I did not dishonor you.

I have played Heinzkat in Blitz.

He didn't have time to plug into a computer our positions. He played me in Blitz and he is rather responsive more so than I am .

Backrank mate
A backrank mate is where a king is on his own first rank, and mated horizontally. The king cannot move up because his own pieces (usually unmoved pawns) in front of him are hindering him.

Are You Crazy?
I don't want to be offensive, but Fischer didn't prove anything about e4 being the best first move. He won because he was brilliant at chess, and he won with openings other than 1. e4 as well. Look at his games.

Since when is the Ruy Lopez dead, and how about all those other responses to 1. e4? If my word isn't reliable enough, go ahead and ask a grandmaster, they'll say the same.

Even if the Ruy were 'dead', neither you nor I are good enough to prove it in a real game. I'll play the Ruy against you a few times if you need to be convinced. I bet I could win a couple even though you're higher rated.
