Nice puzzle
Although not so easy for this section, i found it with the following simple logic: since it is a mate in three i will have to give a check on the first move, otherwise white takes the initiative with Qxg7+. So the only check is Qxf1+. After that it becomes pretty easy.

Nice!
Yeah, the first move was a Q sac with check, the second move was a double check and the third move was mate. But it was still attractive because there were two possible double-checks and only one that covers the flight square.

Yadasampati: What is your continuation to Nxg7 if Qxg7+? Doesn't it simply lose material?

My point is ...
... that you cannot get a mate in 3 if you allow white to take the initiative, whether it is simply a loss of material or not. So after Nxg7 follows Rxg7+
