Very exciting turn of situation. Takes some guts, if played in real, to sacrifice the queen at this threatening point and believe in one's calculations that there really is no way out for the black.

The real key here is to manuever so as to set up the mating net presented in the problem. A very good demonstration of the advantage of tempo & tempi built up during the match.
