I borrowed a classic "The Art Of The Middlegame" by Kotov & Keres from local library. As I recall it had an excellent chapter on castling to opposite sides.

There is a great book called "Castling to Win" by Robert Timmer, which deals with the subject. Not required reading, but interesting.
