 Subject: GK toolbar for Mozilla Firefox 1.0Message: Very tired and frustrated with pop-ups and adware, etc I have recently switch to surf the web with Firefox 1.0. And may I tell you: itīs great!! Smooth and fast surfing it is. No doubt this is why Firefox 1.0 is taking part of the news. But, and there is always one, I miss the great Gameknot toolbar that you can have with IE. Is there a chance in the next future we can have a GK toolbar for Firefox 1.0 ? I hope so. THX |

About automatic updates for Win, well I have to do it manually once a month... but donīt you think so much update downloads speak of the product.... I will wait with hope for a GK toolbar for Firefox! |

But, that being said, this was some time ago, and maybe threads like this (this is FAR from the first) will serve to change his mind. |
| hari 12/04/2004 03:29:44 [ report this post ] | me too.. Message: I have been using firefox for the last one year (version0.7 or 0.8) and frequently update to latest... It is very good, never crashed.. no popups... just 4.7 MB instead of 75MB of IE... a GK tookbar is essential.. |

I don't have anything that runs windows and I don't plan on changing that, so I can't look at the old IE version. Can people list their favorite features? So far I'm working on quicklinks the the most common starting places on the site and extracting game info to show games status in a hierarchical menu, with the ability to jump to games. Also on my list is a notification of near-timeouts and "your move". Anything anyone else wants to see? This is only my second firefox extension, so it's a learning experience in my freetime. Don't expect to see anything for several weeks, but feel free to post feature requests. |
