 Subject: no graph

I was playing someone and they seemed to be timing out. After about a day their graph disappeared. I chaecked several times and it was still gone.
Why does a graph disappear?

If they TimedOut a lot a games they could be subject to removal fromthe site. And when that happen, the Profile almost always disappears, from what I've seen.
As speculation; perhaps if someone lapsed back to unpaid membership there might be a time lag before their graph changes back to that type (I hear you get a better graph if you are PAID members. ... but dont know the details.)?! Just a couple of ideas.
