I don't now if anyone think about this, but like other sites and organisations, it will be great if the GK database can be donwload. What's your opinion?

It belongs to GK, and can be used on GK. What you can do, and it has MUCH more value is download particular players games.

you can download individual players' games, but that can take a lot of time. It would be much easier to download the entire database and then, using a database tool, sort/edit out everything outside of your desired ratings parameters.
Another site that I used to play on posted monthly downloadable updates to their games database.
