You can! Go to tournaments in the left menu and find the game that has been withdrawn. There will be a hyperlink saying undo. Click on this.

I was able to undo my withdrawal once I think, some weeks ago, so it might have been possible. However, it had been almost a year since I actually withdrawed, so I don't think I'll be getting any games from it soon.
