Is your browser the latest version? I had some trouble using IE-6 until I updated to IE-7. Firefox has always worked great here, in my experience. Tho I have trouble at another site with it. Also, if you are using AOL browser ... well I had to give up on that idea. Not only will the analysis board not pull up, but the play board has to be loaded repeatedly to get all the pieces.

If you are still having troubles with it, you will probably need to use the CONTACT US and write to GK there directly if not covered in the HELP area. (which does mention such troubles, I'm just not sure if it covers whatever is precisely going wrong for you.) CONTACT US is found on the SITE MAP page down at the bottom
under Customer Service.
Regards, Craig

Funny, I have never had any problem using the AOL browser with GK. IE-7 does work, but it is too slow for me. Firefox is great; but I have most all my links saved in the AOL browser.

My guess is that there is a problem with the configuration somewhere within your particular computer. I had some problems with my computer until I bought an additional 2 gigs of ram. Resident programs can really eat up performance in computers, especially when there isn't really enough space in memory to handle them. You need to make sure you have enough RAM for the ones you really want to load automatically. Some resident programs conflict with others. You probably have a conflict somewhere. Make sure you only load the ones you really need.

Some resident programs are considered spy-ware. That can cause huge problems too. Run a spy-ware check on your computer too. You might be surprise at what you will find. Even if you have virus protection, spy-ware can sometimes be just as bad for performance in a computer.

My guess is that a pop-up blocker is preventing it from coming up. Press "Shift' while you click the "Analyze' link.

F.A.Q. Q #28

A: Most likely, this is due to a pop-up window blocking software installed on your computer. All the aforementioned features work in a pop-up window, so if you have it blocked or disabled on your computer, you will not be able to use it. Also, please make sure that your browser software is updated to the latest version and that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Please see question #6 for related issues and possible solutions.
