Subject: Daily puzzle
Message: What's wrong with today's daily puzzle that is shown on GK's frontpage?
Today's daily puzzle (#938) shows without the black pawn on c7. In fact, there are two more missing pawns; the white ones on d2 and g2.

Message: Interesting observation. All odds are that the user edited the puzzle to fix those pawn omissions. The question is really when those edits were made, though (if the suspicion is even correct at all).
Did he edit before the puzzle was put on the front page? After? It would tell a little about how the daily puzzles are displayed, since editing after would indicate that the image is hosted independently from the actual puzzle. The one puzzle I have was edited, so if this guy's puzzle was edited before being featured, it means mine would be improperly displayed too.
My guess? I think the image on the front page was cached in your browser, and you just needed to refresh to see the proper update. :D

Message: GK either just fixed this or I am crazy and there was no trouble anyway. Can anyone inform me whether it's the first or the second?
