Subject: Please
Message: lighten up my understanding of this:
I was under the impression that if you are an unpaid player here, you can only play up to a certain number of games simultaneous, 12 games perhaps?
I have noticed a couple of players with a lot more games than this, one player even with more than 40 games going!
What is it that I don't understand?
Best wishes

Message: Probably a premium member who now is not a premium member anymore. The player will not be able to start any new games until his amount of games is under 12.

Message: I can confirm that is the case. I recently decided not to renew my subs and Gameknot are very gracious about allowing members to play out their existing games even though they are no longer paying members.

Message: In the past, you could enter every GK monthly tournament as a free member. As each new tournament was started, you found yourself playing 6 additional new games, and could thus exceed the 12-game limit, assuming the previous tourneys had not ended yet.
Now, as a free member you can only enter one tournament a a time. But you are allowed to finish your games in progress.
