 Subject: More minitournaments

I think that rules for numbers of mini-tournaments per player should be changed. As I wrote in another thread, a player can have all his mini-tournament slots filled up with inactive tournaments, that is with tournaments in which he doesn't have a single active game.
Since there is already limitation of active games per player, there shouldn't be a problem in changing this rule. This is my suggestion:
1. If player doesn't have a single active game in a mini-tournament (but has some games left to be played) for some time (say, 10 days), than he should be allowed to sign up for one more tournament
or
2. If a mini-tournament lasts more than some reasonable time (for example, 2 months per 11 player tournament) player should be allowed to sign up for another tournament
or
3. Player should be limited to a number of mini-tournament GAMES, instead of number of mini-tournaments. That number doesn't have to be 32 instead of 8 tournaments. If it was 20, I think that most players would still be at benefit
This is how the current situation looks: in 4 tournaments I'm participating, I have 4 active games total. In other 4 tournaments, I have 13 more games, but it seems that they will also come to 1 game each. So, eventually, I will have 8 tournaments, with 1 very slow game (slowest players are left for the end of tournament) each, or even waiting for months that those very slow players finish their 18 games against other players. At this rate, I might finish 10 to 15 mini-tournaments in this year. I'll admit that I didn't expect that when I was subscribing. One solution would be to upgrade membership (which I will do on Monday), but I'm wondering if even that would be enough... That brings me to my 4th and final proposal:
4. Number of mini-tournaments per player could be unlimited for players with some levels of subscription, or maybe, for additional money. I remind you that number of total games would still be limited, so player couldn't sign up for to much tournaments. He could exercise that privilege only if he has much inactive tournaments
