 Subject: Ok, How does league promotion really work?

rules say: above 30 members in group, top 5 get promoted, bottom 5 get relegated...in the top groups (I'm in B1) this has not happened...are there some unofficial rules being applied? Should it say: up to 5 will get promoted/relegated?
This seemed to happen (5 of 30) in lower groups.
...yeah I know, it sounds like I'm b****in' ...but I really think sorceress_queen is very, very, very lonely in A2 and wants company...not to mention those poor folks in A3.

...and I think I have found the answer: if there are MORE than 30 people in the group, 5 get promoted, 5 get relegated. But if there are exactly 30 in the group: nothing 'extra special' happens. Only people with +10 or -10 score are put in a different group.

Heinzkat: well from my view, that has NOT happened in either B1, B2, or B3 in the last several weeks. I've not checked it exactly, but several times B1 has had more than 30, and fewer than 5 got promoted. At one time I was once exactly 5 away from the top with some 32 folks in the group; 2 got relegated, NOBODY got promoted.
My only point is: if that's the way it is, then so state. But it has not happened over the last several times in B1.
I will say that in the lower groups, it seemed to operate the way it's stated in the "terms" but I didn't check. I know I got promoted every time with fewer than 10 wins...until I got into B1.
It seems that GK wants the higher levels to "earn" their promotions.
