Hello to all gk players...to all my friends...
i am captain of ~~L°ЯÐs Ǿf Tнê teªm§~~
i was absent for 8 months and i just cant managed my team and i should give my captaincy to my teammate kai_sim ..i really trusted him thet he can manage really good maybe better then me my own team...and he did he manged really good and gave me again my captaincy before 1 month...(my exam of entrance to universty finished ) and now i had a problem on my healty (i cant walk 18 days...) and i had not a computer in my summer house than i should go to interent cafe...but i cant walk so i call one of my friend and explain him...postponement and he postpond my games for 1 week...but it was not sufficient and he should play but he cant play and lost 4 games by timeout (a team captain losin by timeout...inbelieveble)...but i had nothing to do...we should wait 1 week to postpone again...and this week my father came in our city and i can come now to internet cafe and postponed all my games 20 days to not lose again...now i have to wait to for my foot..ok...whts the problem??
the problem is my teammate kai_sim (the player i ve trusted and gave my captaincy) is now a new captain of a new team...the players are my old players they all (i said my friends to all of them) escaped 7-8 players and created a new team...is it a problem? i dont know i just think its not so honnest..i was absent 2 weeks ..my firend cant manage the system for 2 weeks..and i have now 23 players...11 players gone...
i just wanted to thank all my FRİENDS who helping me...they are also players who dont escape when their captain their friend their young friend needs help...thank u all my real friends...
note: really sorry for my english i just tried to explain myself but my english is not good at all..

Can I suggest this would be better discussed in private messages between the people involved, before blowing it up and making a big thing of it on the forums?

i feel like saying something to this...
i'm happy that i'm getting complements from my ex team captain and there is allways a reason why a team falls appart. maybe getting the friend to write a msg to the team or into the forum to explain and warn the team (maybe convince me to do captain for another month or two) would have avoided what happened. instead we got useless msg's in the forum, a captain who appears online every day and doesn't answer questions. a captain who doesn't want to extend his membership. who says he isn't online, but finds the time to change the pick in his profile a few times, ...
i could go on and on... but i won't
so many players asked me to just take the captaincy back and don't let you anymore makes anyone frustrated. then instead of answering the questions and worries, you rather post 2 new team matches (thats right folks, 2 matches for 30 players!) into the forum you've set up ...
no tolgay, i'm sorry, but it doesn't work that way.
let's say you would have apologized, you would have asked me to please do the captain a little longer becasue you are not ready, would have given any reason, i might have considdered and would have done it longer.
well, what am i saying, of course i would have done it, i would have done it for my team mates because i'm the kind of guy who would never let his team down.
instead you demanded to have it back as fast as i can. i said yes and was fine with it and wrote the same minute the email to mike.
then you failed to extend your membership, you brought the team over 100 places down in the ranking, you failed to answer the needs of your team, you failed to let us know, you failed in keeping the team together because you where too much focused on yourself. you failed to move in your own team games and say that who ever times out will have to leave the team. you have failed to postpone your game for a poficient time, ...
INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF THE TEAM YOU EVEN POST A NONSENSE MSG INTO THE FORUM LIKE THIS ONE!
oh well, sorry about leaving, but i wasn't looking for a captain like that, a captain who wastes the work from almost one year from an entire team.
good luck for the future and hope you'll turn into a better person

they joined the lords because i asked them, they came onto the team while you where gone. now they followed me onto the new team, because they are loyal and don't just disapear. and everyone decided to finish the old team games, but now i'm not sure if they will decide it over...
other players may follow, like

the person who appears online was not me for 2 weeks..it was my friend he also do some moves for not losing by time out! i have changed my profile and my picture before 1 month my friend(!) u dont say the truth...also my friend who was online here came to the site played chess and didnot look to themessages or forums (or he did not say to me)...so i did never know that u were trying contacting me...sorry but i cant accept to be better person when u say kai! i thinked u missunderstood me but now i am thinking u r trying to do it!
u can look to chic_luc s profile and rating graph...he resign all his games and he is putting his rating near 1200 so he will have maybe easier games (team games) and u ll have a better rating..oh is it so easy this site??
so now its not important to continue this thing...all i can say that i cant be online myself MYSELF!!! and no i dont lie like u want to say!..we are talking about 2 weeks...ah no..i idnot deserted my own team and sorry i am not a person of this kind...the mistake i did is that i did not say to my friend for messaging my teammates about my case...thats all...

1. You may not harass, threaten or rush other players.
Leave him alone and stop picking on my friend!
he made 60 points for the team and you should apreciate that. instead you didn't even ask him why he left the team, you didn't care, so he was happy to join my team.
Luc had his reasons for resigning the thematic tournaments. he asked to be matched with 1400-1800 players if he want's to continue to play on GK. unfortunately it's not so easy, because the system matches the players with the highest rating starting first and you know that.
also, i'm not sure if it was legal what you and your friend did when he was moving for you:
rules of conduct say:
3. [...] You may not consult with anyone nor ask advice about any games in progress [...]
so tell me again, there was someone else moving for you? bad bad tolgay...
and the pic did changed. i can recall seeing it changing twice.
once while i was worried about you, i even posted a msg into the team forum about that, so you even have a timestamp and date with it.
also, messaging the team mates thru your friend that you are sick would have been much better than letting him make moves for you. we all would have understood...
