know him since he joined GK and he is a wonderful addition. Anyone with questions....Moose is
the man. He has forgotten more about chess than Ill ever know.

It is often said that a champion team will always beat a team of champions. I never quite understood what that was supposed to mean, but now it begins to make sense to me. It's the concerted dedication of the members putting the team first that makes this team irresistable in the final analysis. I will be thrilled if I can eventually produce a plus score for this team.

Due to a very aggressive form of athletes foot that has now moved northward on him, he is no
longer able to sit still at the computer for more than 10-15 seconds at a time, without screaming
obscentities equal to a lifetime ban from the forums.
He is seeking medical care, and asks that we all come together in mighty prayer that amputation
is not an option the doctor (no pun intended) "puts on the table." I truly feel for our captain as
this version of "the creeping crud" is causing signicant mental anguish and and quite a hitch in his
"giddyup." He says not to worry, he went to SAMs Club and got himself an economy size can of
Tenactin. And will see how things play out. I told him that to date, we don't have a eunich on the
team, and that he would be a real role model for the Vienna Boys Choir if things , so to speak,
fall to pieces. We don;t have a player from Vienna do we....anyone?
Let us all join prayer....

If not treated, ringworm can spread and the skin can become irritated and painful. Skin blisters
and cracks can become infected with bacteria and may require antibiotics.

Seems our Capt. is having a troubled time of late..getting banned, growing fungus..probably due to unquestionable relationships with certain gov. officials! all sounds complicated to me:)
Why have the girls been talking to themselves?*!~
Anywho.. Comp is fixed(obviously) children due back in School..yippeee.. My eldest is about to embark on her college ed. she gained 4A's, 2B's 3C's and 1D in her GCSE's..wants to go on to be a lawyer..one very proud mum here:)

Stinky, I hope it's not contagious; wouldn't want it spreading any more than it has already. An old-fashioned remedy is paint thinner. That stuff removes anything. Just soak your feet in a pail of it for about half an hour. Whatever you do, don't light a match. In fact, do not, repeat, DO NOT, try this at home. Do it in the woods. Or at the mall.

Mom and little boy are doing great. Now to get back on track:
I believe the team has really weathered a little storm here. We had a great run -- and now we
have expanded on it after giving up some tough matches. Our goal was +80, if I recall
correctly...the antithesis of our worst score (or thereabouts). We are making great progress.
One thought occurred. Stinky has been making great matches for us. (leave the flammable
matches alone for the moment, Cap't) He has a great approach and has learned alot over time
about what matches are good for us. And further he has taken the leftovers...and fought hard,
though not always successfully, and given us all a chance to succeed.
His banishment may also be a great advantage to us as he is no longer able to do much but work
his guts out to keep this team moving in a positive direction through great matchups, from his
dark corner.
A toast then ...to my son David, first.
And second, to Stinky's matchmaking skills (see moose, he's the guy to set you up!)
