don't you feel 'left out'?

Message:
Hey bergil I don't want to sound 'pro-right' or anything like that but I've heard it said that left-handers should be drowned at birth, I don't agree with that of course. Far better to keep them alive so we can listen to the whining about scissors being right-handed etc etc. Don't you know it's bad to be different?!?!?

Message:
The Kangeroos must have still been on the grog when they played U.S.A. At half time the U.S were in front 24-6 but the Aussies sobered up quickly to win 34-24.

Communism doesn't work because people like to own stuff.
Frank Zappa (1940 - 1993)

Yes bergil you are a pumpkin, orange on the outside and hollow on the in, but, not as oddly shaped as the common squash. Anarchy, on the otherhand is an coconut, difficult to get at the useful bits, alluringly sweet when eaten, but a violent laxative if consummed too often (throw in a nasty tropical parasitic worm to represent human nature). Communism is most closely related to the turnip and could possibly be a beet, both are good ideas, but in practice nobody really likes them.

Most Humbly Yours,

Stalin

I am not a communist, nor do I believe in communism, being an Australian, I believe in a fair go for all and a egalitarian society. Stalin was a complete murdering egoistical sicko, who perverted any benifit that may have come to the peoples of the U.S.S.R

Communism is material egalitarianism.

Message:
To The Red Army,

I'll be sending someone over to equally redistribute your wealth and material stuff later today. I'm sure you'll be happier when some theiving, crazed, self abusing herion addict who hasn't worked a day in his miserable misbegotten life is wearing your clothes and getting acquainted with your stereo. The problem with egalitarianism is that the vast majority of people are lazy, shiftless and stupid. You can sit on your a** while some poor shcmuck works hard everyday just to have what he earns or makes redistributed to you. Ahhh.. the welfare state in action... what a crock.

Have you ever read Animal Farm? It always works out that some are more equal than others... ie. Stalin. To your point, Stalin killed how many million of his own people and the rest of the world did nothing. Society/people, despite striving to be 'good', is basically ruthless and self serving. What other explanation is there for why the World will tolerate a nightmarish genocide in a relatively poor country like Rwanda, Child Death Squads in Columbia, ethnic cleansing and mass graves in eastern Europe, and yet invade an oil rich country and threaten the global Oil IV and get a cruise missile pointed at you.

Message:
Yes I've read animal farm and 1984 also, I am not talking about redistributing wealth or property. It's about opportunity for everyone, to have a chance at the same basic education and health. Rwanda and the Balkans were not tolerated, true the world was slow to act but they did act. The U.N does not function without cooperation of member states, the biggest being the U.S.A. Who does not want to see it power restrained in any way, but when it suits uses the U.N for it own interests. This is not a anti america rant and they are not the only ones guilty of behaving that way. the point is money and corperate interset rule most governments and governments are elected by the people, so you have to make people aware of the issues and problems and hope that enough people will feel the same way and vote for or make representation to a government to change. True democracy.

Left wing ranting.

Message:
A mild form of Socialism then... free health care and education... great ideas... but it should be coupled with some sort of manditory public service. Giving anything away for free causes it to lose its value. If you get 4 free years of University education... you owe 4 years of service military, social, public, whatever. Likewise, free bypass surgery requires you to assist at a youth program, drug & alcohol rehab or otherwise perform a public service. Likewise unemployment assistance must be contingent on you actually looking for a job. Prolonged unemployment assistance could be coupled with cleaning up parks, building houses for the homeless, and other usefull activities.
