 Subject: Team TournamentS???

I am posting this to see what everyone thinks of my idea on a team tournament. I suggest a tournament open to all teams of a certain size say 5 or more players, require the teams to sign up with a minimal 5 players. Break all teams active and elligable at a certain date into brackets, matched teams compete and winner with most points moves on. This would be a epic tourney and take forever but don't they all. There would be alot to work out, to make this work, but since this is just a first proposition (to my knowledge) we could worry about that in the future. The current system is for collected points, a impossible task for newer teams to overcome older teams with hundreds and thousands of points. Also average rating, a good way to show the top teams. Team matches are forever ongoing and just for the fun of the challenge but I think another competition level added to teamplay would stimulate team play. I also was wondering if anyone else had ideas for team competition, either for a revision of what already exist or a totally new idea.
My team isn't on top but open for challenges, so hit us up anytime.
