12....Bb6 was better(b5 was the first big mistake that gave an advantageto white)
13.....h6 was better (white also makes a mistake f3 was better then Qf4)
14. a4 was better for white :) instead of Ra-d1 ...black plays Qb4 takes again the advantage :) by attacking b2 (normally white should move his rook to b1! but...)
16.....Ng4 was more more stronger then Kb8 :) the second big mistake but black has still advantages.
19. Nd4??? (what a stupid mistake for white)
20....black should take the b5 pawn with c pawn :) instead of a pawn
22.....black makes an incredible mistake (really lost all +4 advantages) by movine his rook to a4 and break his defense (instead of Ra4 , Ng4 wil win absolutely)
26. Rb1+ Kc8??? why the most important mistake here and lost the game
King should be moved to a8 ...
27. whita makes another mistake :) and he moves his queen to a5 instead of Ba5+ and takes the blacks queen for free heheh
i dont wanna continue to analyze it :::thats all.. both deserve to lose...

Kaptanımızın bir süre takım maçları almayacağı mesajını ben de almış bulunuyorum.
Ben bu karara şahsen katıldığımı belirtmek istiyorum. Dilerim bu süreç içinde takım maçı alamayan skorer oyuncularımızın sorunları hallolur. Bu süreç sonunda takımın şimdiki maçları da epey azalır ve ne durumda olduğumuz iyice ortaya çıkar (Benim şahsi beklentim ratingimizin epey düşeceği yönünde, ama bu o kadar kötü değil bence. Takımımızın iyi bir çıkışla 1400'lere gelebileceğine inanıyorum). Ben bu süreç sonunda bir de oturup takımı ne yapacağımız, bu takımın bizim için ne ifade ettiği konusunda birtakım kararlar alıp yola öyle devam etmemiz gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
İngilizcemin o kadar iyi olmamasından dolayı bu yazının İncilizcesini yazamıyor ve Kaptan'ımızdan ya da başka bir arkadaştan çevirmesini rica ediyorum.

bana mümkün olduğu kadar uzun süreli maçlar verirsen sevinirim. bu aralar ofis dışı işlerimin yoğunluğu nedeniyle fazla bilgisayar karşısına geçemiyorum. bu arada nikim miynat, mynat değil.
ayrıca takıma yararlı olamadığını hisseden arkadaşların yerlerini yeni arkadaşlara bırakmalarını öneriyorum.

Şimdi takım oyuncularından gelen bazı öneriler var :
There some comments coming from team members.
1- İki takım olsun A ve B takımları gibi ...B takımında kendini kanıtlayan A takımına çıksın. ancak ben kaptan olarak sadece bir takım kurabilirim. Bir diğerinizin takım kurabilmesi için de , Platinium member olması gerek..Aday varsa hemen kurun. Bu sisteme geçelim.
LEts divide the team into 2 parts such as Team A and Team B. If the player is successful, he/she pass to Team A. OK it is logical but as your captain i can only lead a team. So another team member with a platinium membership can create it.
2- Takıma yeni katılan oyuncuların ratingleri ya da gameknotta oynadıkları maç sayısı belli bir limite ulaştıktan sonra alalım. Ok buna katılıyorum. Bundan sonra takıma alacağımız oyunculardan en az 50 özel maç tamamlamasını isteyeceğiz. ve time out sayısının %2'yi geçmemesini isteyeceğiz.
Lets accept new players by filtering their number of played games such as 50 . I agree with this. From now on, we are accepting new members from at least 50 played games
3- Maçlarda savaşınızı sonuna dek sürdürün. -4 ya da -5 lerrde beraberliği hedefleyin. Ama kaybedilmiş maçı da devam ettirmenizin manası yok.
Try to resist to your opponent eeven you are -4 or -5 . But if it is a lost game, resign early.
4- Eğer premium member değilseniz, Preferences larınızdan Max Team Games inizi "unlimited" a ayarlayın ki gereki noktalarda maç yazabilelim. 10 adet maça kadar almaya hazır olun. Eğer mazeretiniz yoksa, ve maç almıyorsanız takımda sınırlı sayıda yeri işgal ediyorsunuz demektir.
If you are not a premium member, from your preferences set your max team games settings to unlimited and be prepared to get until 10 games so decrease your private games. If you dont have any excuse and don't take any team games so you 'll be out ..
5- Bu kadar yogunluğum arasında bazen uyarılarınıza rağmen, unutarak size istediğiniz dışında maç yazıyorum. Mazeretiniz varsa lütfen gene Preferences lardan max team games sayısını düşürün ki kazara size maç yazmamayım.
Even if you warned me concerning your excuse not to have team games, due to my busy and overloaded situation, i forget it. so please set your prefeences to guarantee it.

Bu Timeoutlar moda oldu gibi geliyor bana. Her takimdan cikmak isteyen Timeout yollunu seciyor. Timeoutlarin bu takimda yasak olmasi nedeniyle mi böyle oluyor acaba?
Bence kaybettigimiz puanlar aci ama, gördügüm gibi aramizda cok iyi oyuncular var ve elimizden geleni yaparsak birinciligin bile pek uzakda olmadigini düsünüyorum. 200 Puan 20-25 Mac yapar ve bu bence imkansiz birsey deyil. Düsdükce yeniden kalkmayi bilelim arkadaslar, Allah yardimcimiz olsun...

It seems to me that this Timeout thing has become something fashionable. Everyone that wants to quit the team chooses to make timeout.Is it because the timeouts are forbidden in our team?
According to me the points that we lose are severe but I see that there are very good players among us and if we do all our best I think that even the first place is not far for us. 200 points are not so impossible I think, with 20-25 games we can reach them. God help us...

@yasir is right . as you are aware of the number of players, it is decreased from 32 to 25 since 45 days. Must of the players left , or went holidays etc, did not postpone their games. We lost more than 20 games... which is exactly that we needed to be 1st at gameknot!
But the team is becoming a strong nucleus day to day. and i belive that we'll rise again soon. Don't worry and don't give up!

1)ee peki kaybedince de düşmeyecek mi?
2)bile bile kaybedelim öyle mi?... o zaman maç yapmaya gerek yok ki!! değil mi?
benim aklıma takılanlar bunlar... bu konuda bilgisi olanlar aydınlatırsa sevinirim...

hayır takım maçlarında asla kaybetmek yok @mehmetbal, aman yanlış anlama :) çünkü karşı takımın elo puanı düşükse bile puan kazanıyoruz az da olsa (+6 ile + 8 arası bir puan geliyor) yok eloları yüksekse (+8 ile +14 arası bir puan geliyor)

Bence "hall of shame" fikri hiç de hoş değil. Bütün takım arkadaşlarımız ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyor; ve hal böyleyken öyle bir listeye ihtiyacımız yok.
İkinci liste ise harika olmuş bence. Sağolsunlar birkaç arkadaşımızın sayesinde şimdi bulunduğum listeden düşersem, hiç olmazsa ikinci listedeyim diye kendimi teselli edebilirim. :-)

Bence "hall of shame" oldukça iyi düşünce..listedeki arkadaşların listeden çıkma çabası + listenin hemen üzerindekilerin uzaklaşma çabası takıma güç katacaktır. Ve nerede olursak olalım mutlaka bir çıkış vardır. Ama bunun için emek gerekir. Tabiki hiç kimse yenilmek için oynamaz. Ama bu düşünce "hall of shame" in gereksiz olduğunu doğrulamaz.Hepinize kolay gelsin!

This is all true what you're saying... the team performance rised dramatically since we set up the hall of fame. Amazing. Even we lost more than 14 games due to the Time out , we are stil around 1330-1350 and i think it is great. you are great :)
Swiftkilla is right to say, "this is a strong team".
The next step is to arrive and settle down to 1380 rating. This is critical because we hit this rating before , twice and fall again. If we can stay for a while, i am sure that following step will be 1420-1430...

arkadaşlar bırakalım bu gurur listesi utanç listesi tartışmalarını. elbetteki satranç bireysel bir spor ama biz burda bir takımız. kimse bu takıma gurur listesine gireyim diye girmiyor veya utanç listesine girmeyeyim diye daha çok kafasını çalıştıracak değil. buraya gelen herkes The Turks & International Friends takımı için bir şeyler yapmak için gelmiştir.
sonuç olarak bu tablolar takımımızın sıralamada yukarı çıkmasını sağlamayacak. bunu yapacak bizleriz. yapılması gereken tüm takım oyuncularının time-out olayına dikkat etmesi ve takıma faydalı olamadığını hissettiği anda takımdan affını istemesidir. dikkat ettimde tartışanlar hep listedeki isimler aşağılardan kimse yok, niye acaba???

Ben böyle bir takım analizini -buna salt bir liste gibi bakmıyorum-doğru buluyorum. Biz bir takımız, takım olmak birlikte hareket etmek anlamına gelir..Kollektif hareketlerde bireysel davranışlar ancak toplu hareketle paralel ise kabul görür. Dolayısıyla her ne kadar Satranç bireysel bir oyun olsa da ki bu tartışmaya açıktır, çünkü madem bireysel bir oyun neden takım kuruluyor ve neden insanlar bu takıma katılma ihtiyacı hissediyor gibi..gibi.. Netice olarak biz takım olarak burada bir oyunu ve hobiyi paylaşıyoruz. Bunu yaparken bir de hedefimiz var bize keyif verecek bir hedef oda takımımızın adını yükseklerde görmek.. Hedefe giderken bazı analizlerin yapılması ve bunların bir MOTİVASYON aracı olarak kullanılması kaçınılmazdır..Kaptanın oluşturduğu bu listeleri destekliyorum...Fazla gevezelik yaptım...Herkese selam......

two basic chess attributes i have difficulty with are patience and perseverence. while staying on
top of your games and not allowing timeouts is crucial, don't let your list of games lead you to
make too many moves without thinking! take some time to observe the board before you move. 3
days or 5 days is still a lot of time to think about the best move compared to a real-time game,
and being too hasty will lead to careless mistakes; your opponent will only smile at them.
as for perseverence, just don't give up. resigning a game to a major mistake is one thing, but
many games are salvagable if you stick to your strategy. most importantly, in this game, leave
your ego at the door. that stinging feeling of a tough loss, or a string of defeats- don't let it affect
your playing. we all make mistakes, and take our beatings in this game. to improve, as in all
things, we must keep at it.
(my apologies, team, but i don't speak turkish. perhaps mannx might want to translate)

Azme gelince ise, sakın oyunlarınızı bırakmayın. Oyunu erken terk etmek yanlışlıklardan birisi. Stratejilerinize bağlılığınızı sürdürürseniz çoğu oyun kurtarılabilir. Bu tip oyunlarda egolarınızı bir kenara bırakın , kaybetme korkusunun sizi etkilemesine izin vermeyin.
