 Subject: Attn. Team Captains

I find it in very bad taste to challenge a team, and for that Captain not to respond. I mean we have teams, to play team games. And if you dont want to play the games offerd to you. Please choose to just decline them. You dont have to give any reason what so ever. But there are teams that will just leave them lying there. When you only have 3 challenges, you try to avoid double matching players, and you try and be polite and give the other team time to respond. This makes getting games for youre players that much more difficult. You can spend days trying to fill youre teams needs with games. I know this is like banging my head aginst a wall to approach Mike with a Ideal of experations on challenges. Thats why Im pleading with all Captains to help in this matter. It has to be a hasslle to other Captains as well. And please if you have a day preffernce or what ever please put it on the top of youre team page. I have seen team pages you haft to scroll down fo 45 minutes to get to the players, then to find we dont play anyone under such and such ratings, or we only take 7 day matches.
I think we all can help one another, cause every Capatin should know that is the only help were going to get.
