you can't brag about being last in a tourney until you find a way of being last without even being in a tourney. It reminds me of one of Fischer's most illogical statements of logic, after he walked out of a tournament and returned a couple of days later to find that in his absence he had forfeited a game by not being there, so he said that at the time he supposedly lost the game he had already resigned in writing from the tournament, so how can a player lose a game when he is not even in the tournament? If my memory serves me correctly his logic was accepted and he was reinstated in the tournament on his terms, but I think he later walked ou again so it all came out o.k. in the end. :))

I recently realised that my play against the Dragon line of the Sicilian has been piss poor. I seem to be able to put myself in a position where I'm a move too slow. Can anyone link me to some good material that I can mull over?

thanks for all of your support. I ammaking a great recovery...i shuld be home from the hospital
in a few weeks and recovered fully in 3 months or so. I am blessed to have dodged a bullet that
would have killed me. But the Bounty Hunters are hard to kill. I know that you thoughts and
prayers have been behind me and I want to thank you all.
ps...the disease is called guillain barre, a syndrome that leaves most paralyzed and on a
ventilator for months and takes as much as 3+ years to recover from. I am beating the odds
and am very happy to report that Ill be back fulltime pretty soon. thankyou all again.

I wish to thank the hunters for the kind comments upon my leaving the team, both those in the forum and in PM and those Ive received upon my return.. and especially to Stinky and Flyer for their constant nagging to return:))

I'm sorry to report that the pending nuptials between myself and Stinky have come to nought~ I do not wish to kiss and tell~suffice it to say Im relieved to be able to smell the roses again!! aaaaah such fragrance:)) oh well! back to the single life again..
