- set your number of teamgames under preferences, than it is more easy to see weater you are able to join... now I have the following preferences for everybody:

We are growing and growing.. the first scoring results will come after a wile when even more games are finished. Remember that we are an upcoming team wich is still developing..
I'm doiin my best in making interresting challenges for each of you. In the hope that you keep enjoying to be a member of this great team!
Ive now made, as many other teams have, a main point.. it was already there but now it is developed and filled in with information about our team.
There will apear some extra statics so, its nice to keep an eye on :)

Dear Teammembers,
Ofcourse in in can happen that youre out of Gameknot for a while.
But !PLEASE! tell me as soon as possible, and SET THE VACATION FLAG.
We are fighting for our points as a team. It would be realy bad, to drop points away as garbadge. :) So after three Time outs, in a short period.. (not longer than 1 month) youre out of the team..
Ive no other choise in that case.

I Agree that any teammember that causes too many timeouts
should be questioned...
though as all of you know (especially di-rect)
anyone can have bad luck (like computer or Internet problems)
and before starting to kick members we should try to communicate
and get explainetions.
After all this is a Team for people that just like good chess
Of course we should try our best to win and get a god team rating,
but good rating is not more important than good team spirit and
friendly team relations, after all this is not the army :) ...
Let our team be friendly...
This is atleast what i think

Ok members, Ive made a new text, more like Dutch-tolerance:
Though we think that everybody tries to play good games of chess, we hope that each person does their best not to time out. But it is a responsability to the team that you set the vacationflag..
I mean, youre not just an individual anymore.. though it can happen because of external cercomstances...
In that case, communication is important!! - so please let me know - We can not except many.
