 Subject: Getting into a team

Ok, I've been playing around gameknot for a year now, and I am interested in expanding my abilities. How do I get myself into a team ? and whats the overall go with teams ?

Message:
You join a team and play against games setup by the captain. There are different reasons people join teams. Some because of where they live and others to get to know players. I have fritz that I use to send players anaylisis of finished games to help them improve. Ed also offers advise if you ask him.
