Player of the month should be upto the three (if that's the number we decided on) judges/senior members of the team. My suggestions would be to avoid the statistical analysis for the first month. What you could do is keep track of the stats, and post them on this forum, e.g. maximum games played, maximum wins, best win/loss percentage for the month. Then we would have a decent idea of how many team games are played each month by each member, and then we would decide how relevant these stats should be when awarding the player of the month.
Game of the month sounds like a great idea to me, perhaps Greyrabbit could go through the team games, come up with the top 3 for the month, and then the rest of us have a look at them and vote, 1st place 5 points, 2nd place 3...you get the idea. The game with the most points received is that month's game of the month.

Farhad - yup, perfectly willing to do it that way if required. Given that I'm not a technical player (more seat of the pants stuff with me *grins*), I think I'd take Bert up on his offer so any technical nuances are not missed. I for one am likely to learn more that way. I agree that we need to see how relevant stats are, I think (personally speaking) to do it wholy on stats will bias against a lot of people.
Ronnie- yup, I'll send it over to you. If people wish to publicise their votes then I have no objection to them posting them. I assumed however that the majority might prefer not to.

If senior members are the ones that are the longest in the team I do not agree.
Think all the moderators must have a vote.
Irenehuls will be a moderator too and if she is, she must have a vote.
She has taken a part in the thread 2404 with good views.

I do not agree. All this was about the restart of the club and what we were going to do with that. And the club has moderators.
In my opinion that means all the moderators (Irenehuls, Zep5686 and Blackbaron) should have a vote and the clubfounder (Greyrabbit).
Maybe the clubfounder should have a decisive vote in case of the votes itself do not give a decision.

well i,m gonna hav ta disagree with u too m8 , senior members means just that ,, an as much as i likes lady wabbit ,, she just anit no senior member ,, the club an team has always been monitored by the senior members , ta giv sumone the say in matters that u want ta giv is just plain wrong ta every 1 else ? ,, they,ve been here longer than her ? , i dont mean ta be breakin bad with no 1 ,, an i anit tryin ta start any rukus , but bein moderator in the club, an bein a senior member on the team are 2 different things m8, *BMG*, ;O)))

theres nothin set in stone that irene ,, (Lady wabbit) , is goin ta be a moderator in the club ,, ,, i have expressed my veiws that she would be a plus in that ,, that does NOT mean that i think she should be allowed senior member status ,, in time that could be earned ? ,, but i think it would be best ta giv it the TIME ta see how she pans out ? ,
