Oh *enlightened look* silly us. We were wondering why you were asking for one. The best way to organize team games is just to send a challenge out ( refer to "Team Management Basics 101" ) Tell you what, I'll make it easy on you and send you one. That way you'll have one and you won't ever have to advertise for one again.

James,
Just a suggestion, but I believe you would receive more team challenges if you would quit hiding your online status. I don't know about other captains, but I usually make my challenges from among the teams that show a captain online. That way I get a quick answer to my challenge and, if unsuccessful, I can move on to the next challenge.
