judging by that I'd say that all is now well. I can see that you are fairly new here and probably not used to the idiosyncracies of the site. I'm not attacking you, just trying to help you.
anyway, to keep my post on topic, I must say that I do agree with you that having a vice captain to assist in team game duties etc would be a great idea!
