Subject: Draw Games

Message:
I think there should be a slight change in the scoring system for team matches .I think that you should get a 0.5 score for a draw game as it is not a total loss .and at the moment a draw game does not get acknowledged.I would like to know if any team players out there agree with this.

No I don't like it. It would make it easy for points. In team matches we work very hard for one point. Once we get that we try just as hard for the other and try not to cancel out a win/lose. Besides it keeps us different from the league format.

how do you mean it would be easy for points we all play to win but when you have no choice but to draw then you should be rewarded for it.As like i said it not a loss.I played a game where i had no choice but to call it a draw with the
(threefold repetition rule ) i was forced to draw where i know for sure i would have won check it out just copy and paste the link below and tell me what you think did i not deserve to get at least a half a point.

drawn games

Message:
The reason that draw games count as 0 is that wins are 1 and loses are -1, so, naturally, since draws are halfway in between, their value is halfway in between, which is 0.

Consider it this way, a draw isn't really gaining anything so you don't get a plus amount, but it isn't losing anything either so you don't get a negative score, and thus you receive 0.
