Have you seen the number of games vs opponents rated less than 1200? Pages 3 to 15 of his
past games are all versus these types of opponents. It's not a case of cheating, more like
gaming the system. He only has two games vs 1800+ rated opposition, 6 vs 1700-1800 and
around 15 vs 1600-1700. If his real rating is around 2000 it's easy enough for him to win every
game. I bet he also chooses opponents who have stayed at their rating for a long while,
otherwise he'd "risk" running into a player who's only starting to move up the ratings.

Public accusations of cheating, especially based on solely circumstantial evidence (that's not even strong) are very bad. Booo to mr5reasons1.
