 A GK Hall of Fame: what criteria? What you think? **** I had some criterion ideas, after seeing tag1141, er tag1153 , make 14,000 + games. How about these ideas ? : Players over 15,000 games ... not counting any timeouts, nor games under 3 moves unless Fools Mate wins. Max of 1 fool per 1000 games ... How about holding rating of 2500, 2400 & 2200 (2000 too?) for some extended number of games, not consecutive though, but a much greater number needed for 2000 than 2500, of course. **** And some kind of Tournament Criteria. For GK Tournaments perhaps: 1st Open/Exp+ section = 20pts, 2nd = 15 pts, 3rd = 10 pts. Next Level 1st = 12, 2nd = 8, 3rd = 5 Next Level 1st = 9, 2nd = 6, 3rd = 3 And maybe a 40 point total from any level(s) qualifies ? Or something like that. You get the jist of it. Are the numbers wrong? ***** Everyone who has held the #1 spot here. Perhaps being in top 5 or 10 for some period of extended time ? *************** Something for Mini-Tournaments. And for League play. But I dont know what. What d'you think? ***** How about Forum Contributors? Maybe over 1500 Google hits for GK posts? (I had 1800 at one time. LOL. But its not self serving {snickers & blushes} since there Are others Im sure! No really, if this were self serving, i would ask for Line Count of posts, Ja ?! LOL ) Or ... ? ****** What about TEAMS, & their Captains & players, and results ? ********** What about COACHES ? ***** And CLUBS? Oldest? Most members ever? Peak membership? Greatest Avg member count? Most club forum & internal games activities? ***** I've probably forgotten some things. But it IS 5am here . HEY, how about the Most Insomniac Activity ... ah, there we go **** }8-D |
