a pointless task A site rating is only as good as the opposition. eg. here on GK i struggle to reach 2100 whilst on other sites i have easily reached 2450. plus online you always have to consider the engine jockeys. And finally there are a lot of people like me for whom chess has always been secondary so no time to devote to clubs and tournaments, hence no fide rating. |
