No e-mail for game time outs
Hy, this is the second time I lost many of my games (10 this time) because I didn't get an e-mail about less than 24 hours to move. I had a lot of job these than, and simply didn't had much time to think about GK.

And now i lost many of my points. Last time this happened I lost all my games i GK Tournament 3rd round.

I am here for 6 or 7 years, but after that, I start to think does it makes sense? I lose points because of the sites bug, and not because of my play.

I think that the site admins did have to apologize, and I want my points back :/

have you set in your settings that you want to be warned by email?

You check GameKnot every single day anyway to keep track of your games, no?

According to our records, the following automated notifications have been sent to your account (all times are PDT):

1-Sep-12 09:48:54 [3vilp] time-running-out notice (<24 hours), game
2-Sep-12 10:08:02 [3vilp] time-running-out notice (<24 hours), game
2-Sep-12 19:47:27 [3vilp] time-running-out notice (<24 hours), game
3-Sep-12 00:08:45 [3vilp] time-running-out notice (<19 hours), game

The most recent move that you made in any of your games was logged for the game game on 17-Sep-12 at 15:59:04. After that games started timing out for your account on 19-Sep-12 as you haven't made any moves since then (for 4 days!).

Please note that we do not send duplicate "time is running out" notices about multiple games in order not to flood one's e-mail account. I.e. after a notice is sent about any of your games, you have to log in to your account and make at least one move before another notice will be sent (this only applies to "time is running out" notifications of course).

As you can see, everything appears to be correct and there are no "bugs" in GameKnot's system.

We of course cannot guarantee that all e-mail notifications actually get delivered to you after they are sent by us (due to various spam filters, etc.). Please make sure that the notification e-mails did not end up in your spam/junk mail folder or got blocked by your spam/junk mail filter. Unfortunately we have no control over which e-mails get through and which get filtered. In some instances, you can ensure the delivery of the notification e-mails if you add our e-mail address to your address book (or contacts list).

Thanks for the answer...

so it seems it was my mistake :/

Because I had logged on 19th, but I had no time to make a move, and I was hoping I will get the next notification mail, but it seems I haven't seen that I already have one game that is less than 24 hours till time out...

My apologies
