Question for GK
Two players recently left, or were removed, from team Block or Bleed without
any notification to the Captain {me}. I am not able to contact either player.
Also another non premium mate has recently been informed he may be removed
from GK because he is not receiving advertisements. Are these things related?

There is any number of reasons why a player's account can be suspended. You did not include the user names of the players in question, so we are unable to respond with any specificity. Furthermore, we wouldn't be able to do so in any case, because as a matter of policy, we are unable to discuss any specifics of an account suspension with any third parties (especially in a public forum, unless required by law).
