game postponement question
4 days ago I postponed my games for 4 days due to work. At that time I had around 2 or 3 days left for my 4 mini-tournament games. Today I received an email that I had less then 1 day to make my moves for these games, while it still says "A vacation flag is currently set for your account" Shouldn't I still have some days left for these games? If I had 2 days left, and I postponed my games for 4 days, 4 days ago, I should still have 2 days to make a move right? If I didn't check my email all these games would have timed out.
All my other games are normally postponed. Are there different rules for mini tournaments?

Clarification (maybe)
Postponing for 4 days doesn't simply mean +4 days time for every game. You can read the rules here: gameknot.com

Ah, my mistake then, I should have added few more days extra. I thought there would be simply added 4 days to all my games. Thanks for your reply!

the rules are not stated clearly
I'm playing a GK 2 day tournament, and took a 3 day vacation. According to the rules "if you'll be away from your computer for 10 days, and you expect to need 2 days to make your moves after returning, please request a 12-day postponement."

As the postponement needed to cover 3 vacation days plus 1 day for the moves, I set the postponement to 4 days. To my surprise, however, the postponement didn't expire for 6 days. It actually covered the 4 days that I'd set, + 2 additional days.

Well that would still not explain my situation since my games would have timed out quicker then they should have been. Again, this applied only to my mini-tournament games, not for all my other games. I had at least 2 days left, but less then a day even before my postponement had been expired.

Gameknot says: "For example, if you'll be away from your computer for 10 days, and you expect to need 2 days to make your moves after returning, please request a 12-day postponement (regardless of the time you have remaining on the clock for any of your games)".

It would be nice to see that my vacation days are just added to my games. This happened to all my games except my mini-tournament. Clearly some days were added, but not 4. So if I have 2 days left to make a move and I postpone my games for 4 days I would have 6 days in total. If I have 2 days and 10 hours left, 6 days and 10 hours after postponing.
