How do you contact Gameknot? I have looked and cannot find the link. My automatic challenge decline rules need to be changed but the site will not let me. Currently it shows 40 max games and it should be 12.

At the bottom of each page is 'site map,' once clicked there is 'contact Gameknot' under the 'Online customer service' heading.

However, you may be able to solve your problem through the following route: More options/'set up automatic challenge decline rules' should take you to a box where you can put a ‘Max currently active games for you.’
