 questions to gk… No relevant information found, please try again … I tried to send in a question but couldn't find how do so. Does Gameknot still accept questions. I tried with different words and could not find the answer. The problem is that I have Mozilla Firefox and all the tabs are OK except the Gameknot tab. The little black circle that shows it is opening revolves variably but for over 20 minutes even if the page has opened. I think it may be a Gameknot problem because it only happens for GK. |

HK ... Thx by the way Heinkat, something you mentioned in forum helped me to figure it out, about your having a delay on GK for G/A. I had not known it was associated with the site here specifically, till reading you, and actually looking up what G/A was. Then it became obvious. **** (It is my personal belief that there is something of a "cold-war" going on right now between Google and Firefox for market share, since Chrome came out, as I notice my Firefox updates now Always point out that they are Not Compatible with my Google components like DeskTop etc. Anyone else noticing some friction there?) |

cannot see google analytic But when I go to tools, page info then media there are two bars that mention google pagead2.googlesyndication.com pagead2.googlesyndication.com I have Zotero - a useful add on - at the bottom of the page but nothing else |

Perhaps doesn't appear. Even for Q21 (reporting cheaters), the 'formal complaint' link is a one-liner. Alternatively, I'm just plain blind. Is there a number? |

alice02 *** If you have slowdown or loading delay when it is circling (and mine was quite long at times) then you might try to disallow that GoogleSyndicationCom URL it is sending to & see if it improves. If it is just circling after opening with no delay , ( or maybe brief delay while it is actually refreshing the games pg?!) perhaps it is just what HK was saying. I take him to imply it is either nothing to worry about or cannot be changed!? I'm not sure how that works... mine does not do that. It only circles on the actual Games page, right by where you click for auto-renewing, or not. My actual page tabs circle only very briefly before getting the circle covered up by a "King" icon. *** |

Nothing opens. The little black icon in the tab spins round continually. It seems unlikely that it is the site or I would not be able to post this. I did not realize my FF would search within the site I am on, for whatever is put into the URL box, such as "Contact". It pulled it right up much as Google's "DeskTop" (or Window's "Search" function) would do ... but even simpler. Very cool. }8-) |
