I'm trying to remember what it was ... I think one common issue is a browser update needed, to be sure it is the most current version, since GK seems to stay very current that way with all the major browsers. (Possibly not AOL's. Mine has given trouble at times. ) Especially if the board is showing green or red "x" s on it. I think that is what I had to do. *** Another possibility could be firewall filtering if you have changed any settings there lately. Or any settings for security or pop-ups. But those are guesses and not any particular incidents I have heard about. *** You might want to contact GK directly with the Question if not in the FAQ's. And they answer within 3 days when Questions are submitted. But rarely reply in Forum threads. You will probably hear from some helpful player here, but I'm pretty sure they will want to know what browser you are using. |
