saving blitz games
I have enjoyed the new blitz interface and would love to have them be rated.

I like to play them to practice openings. It would be great if i could same the game before closing it out. Is that possible or are there plans to do that in the future?

After the game has finished, click "Save" => "Get PGN". Then create a new annotation (gameknot.com), import the PGN and save.

I save the most relevant ones (by that I mean those I win) in a text file. Once I get the motivation and enough games are gathered, I'll probably compile a database. I've recently specialized in two openings for blitz purposes, so as not to spoil my main lines.

Blitz board transfer question
This was probably answered before, but I do not have the time to search through all the forum strings.
Can the finished blitz game AND board with all the movement slide keys ect ect be transferred to a forum post? No,i'm not speaking of a pgn or anything like that.
For regular corresp.games to transfer the entire board to the forum...I know how to do that....
bd or gm=board#.
But how about blitz games? Not possible? Why not?

I know what you are saying. The saving process is a real hassel. I do what HK says and it is like half dozen steps or better. Too bad we cannot just click them to a Pending qeue at least, where we could do the bunch at once. As it stands now, its practically impossible to save a game and give someone a rematch immediatley.

You have to be like "Well surely sir I always give a rematch if requested, but could you wait around 5 to 8 minutes while I grope about the site with my non-computer-friendly brain and click-fingers, so I can save our first game?"

I suppose a computer oreinted person could probably do it better by bringing up an Editor (Word or Notebook or something?) and copy paste moves to it for a number of games. But even then if you want a pgn to copy/paste there is another step. Still faster than the Annotated route. But goodness sakes, why can we not get a simple one click Save to somewhere, already IN PGN ?! And also, why have to Copy the PGN, why not just a click from there. I feel stupid having to copy/paste PGNs ... it is a file form already, yes?!
